How does it work?
Accessing the Catalogue
Use your email ID to access the Numans catalogue
You have the option of curating merch for one bulk order or putting merch into individual gift-boxes that we’ll ship to your employees. Pick the one that suits your current need best. You can change this at a later stage too.
Creating Gift-Boxes vs Ordering Merch in Bulk
Creating Gift-Boxes: Through this option, you can use the items in your cart to curate identical gift-boxes that will be shipped directly to your employees’ addresses or to a single location where they can be stored until needed. Imagine you are putting together diwali hampers for each of your employees. You want each hamper/gift-box to contain one bar of chocolate, one speaker, one candle, and a packet of snacks. You want these gift-boxes to be designed, assembled, and shipped directly to your employees homes. You want to store some spare boxes in your inventory for new hires, freelancers, or investors. In this scenario, opt for the gift-boxes option. You will later have the option to choose between types of packaging like totes bags, cardboard boxes etc.
Ordering Merch in Bulk: Through this option, all the items in your cart will be packed together and shipped to a single location like your office or a warehouse. Imagine you are organising a hackathon in your office. Every employee will get a company jersey, a can of Redbull, and a set of laptop stickers. You want to distribute these items to employees in office on the day of the event. In this scenario, you will opt for all your merch to be shipped to one location - your office.
Adding Items to Your Cart
Once you make your selection, you will enter the Numans Catalogue. You can browse through 100+ carefully chosen gifting options across categories like electronics, food, beverages, apparel, and more to find gifts that are best suited to the occasion and your team’s culture.
You will be notified as you add items to cart. You can adjust quantities later based on MOQs, discounts, and your needs.
Click on the thumbnails to see specifications of items like colour variants, description, material, brand, available sizes, and more.
Once you’ve made your selection, you will be directed to an order request form.
The form is a way for us to gather your interest and requirements. No payment is required until later in the process.
If you’re choosing to create gift-boxes, make sure to select quantities and packaging
You can also add a custom note to each box. The content of this note will only be needed later in the process.
Submitting Your Request Form
When you’re ready, click ‘Continue to order details’ to fill out an order request form.
When you submit the form, Numans puts together a list of recommendations for branding and personalisation. You can expect a representative from our team to be in touch with you within 24 hours of filling the form. For next steps, we'll connect over a quick call to get a better understanding of you requirement and walk you through how we can help. Once we're aligned on the customisations, price, production timelines, and delivery options, we'll proceed to create a payment order for your finance team. When the payment is made, we'll begin production and share samples for your approval. Once your approve the samples, we'll produce all the units you've ordered and deliver them to the specified address(es). You will be able to track the shipments from your Numans dashboard.
A day before the day of delivery, your recipients will receive a WhatsApp message or email asking for address confirmation. This helps us reduce the wastage of time, effort, and money on account of RTOs. We make sure that your recipients are available and ready to receive their package.
Any undelivered units are held at the Numans warehouse until shipped or collected by a representative of your company.
